Section 8.10

"This class represents the legislation, policy or policies that lie behind the Rules that govern the service."

Section 8.17

Policy

Definition
A non-empty group of Permissions and/or Prohibitions.

Comments:

  1. The meaning of policy can be different between 8.10 and 8.17 (see work regulatory compliance to extend)
  2. Under ELI, I've been unable to find the word "policy" used - they refer to "legislative corpus" or "legal resource" (slightly different from 8.17 as not all laws can be straightforwardly expressed as "machine-readable policies").
  3. 8.17 should be "A non-empty group of Permissions, Prohibitions and/or Obligations"
