The .sync-modifier. is not working as expected.

Which versions of Vue.JS and Fundamental Vue are affected? (If this is a feature request, use current version.)

Vue : 2.6.11
fundamental-vue: 0.18.3

If this is a bug, please provide steps for reproducing it.
