At the moment, there's no support for screen readers.

Update based on this piece of advice on accessibility from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/cross-platform/app-fundamentals/accessibility

Tag all the elements of your user-interface with descriptive text and hints that are compatible with the screen reading APIs on each platform.
