For version numbering following Semantic Versioning standard: MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH

• PyPY: First release of every production ready PATCH version
• rickslab.com Debian: Will lag PyPI by several weeks, depending on complexity of the release
• Official Debian: Suggest only MINOR version increments for updates (I need to align with package manager)
