The command to set the hostname via rapsi-config in run_once.sh fails.

/usr/bin/raspi-config: 493: /usr/bin/raspi-config: cannot create /etc/hostname: Permission denied
sed: couldn't open temporary file /etc/sedKwmzOl: Permission denied
