BREAKING: Will not work with old versions. Will wipe all messages on upgrade.
(Community decided that "move fast, break things" is a viable course of action)

• Refactored network code a lot.
• The messages that are not delivered will be delivered on network reconnection or by timer. So, deliverability greatly improved.
• Some tune-ups in UI.
