Add ability to use either lifecycle_environnement_name and lifecycle_environnement_id

I'm new at Satellite management, and i think that cvmanager is very useful to update or CCVs.

It would be useful to use either the LCE id or LCE name, as for some people in my team which
are going to use "cvmanager" to publish/update/promote, they are not used
to find the link between this LCE id and LCE name.

I think cvmanager is aimed at automation more then manual intervention, in my opinion you should use IDs since those are immutable in Satellite, and that gives you the consistency of automated updates even if some name changes.

If you need manual workflows "hammer lifecycle-environment list" could help your team identifying the LCE
