• - * Are you alerted when a SD needs to update twice

  • smartdrives never need to be updated twice (e.g. 1.3 to 1.6 only requires the 1.6 update)

• - * Specific key words for searching

  • App store: Can we please add “Smart Eval”

• - * There was some concern about therapists seeing the GPS location of devices. I wanted to confirm with you, when we are ready to launch the demo section therapists won’t be able to see where the demos are just push a notification to the rep who has the GPS location, correct?

• - * Redo button—can we have a redo button for the both trial sections for when a mistake is made?

• - * App for people who already have SmartWatches—this question came up and I’m pretty sure we will only be designing it for the our watch. Is this still the case?

• - * Demo tracking and WiFi—some reps were noticing that the demos were only showing up while they were on WIFI at the sales meeting. I think this may have been because of a poor signal but wanted to make sure that you don’t need wifi to know where the demos are.

• - * Saving eval/trial information as you go –we have discussed this before, and it came up again. Is there a way for us to save and then continue a trial if some exits on accident or something goes wrong

  • we should probably have more instructions / UI letting users know that "Start Trial" adds a trial to an existing eval, and that if they leave the eval they can always resume it (though they cannot resume a trial)

• - * Add pair/connect language to the app—we are going to push in the market to use the words pair and connect, and provide definitions for them. Can we please add this to the pairing/connecting sections?

• - * Pairing = devices know they can communicate

• - * Connecting = devices are communicating

• - * Changing languages back to one from another—if we are ready to show the different languages, we noticed that once you change it to one we had to go back and forth a couple of times to make change back to the original language (English).

• - * Pushing search smartdrive button twice many times—The updating worked everytime for me as long as I didn’t update more than 2 device a time. Though we did notice that we had to push the “search for smartdrive buttons” twice many times during the trainings and set up.

• - * Factory default settings after the updates—can you please remind me if the pushtracker returns to factory default settings after an update? If so, is it possible to make it not this way or is this something that will be taken care of when we move to the SmartWatch.

• - * What is the worst level of pain you experience” for questionnaire

• - * Washers and bolts for the SD clamp-weather and movement

• - * Other hardware options or ideas that may prevent the clamp from turning

• - * Coast vs speed—we are noticing that a lot people had increased speeds without the SmartDrive. Would it be possible to go back to coast? I apologize, but can’t remember why we changed it to speed from coast. Also the report summary still reads coast.

• - * Difficulty questions before summary should discuss efforts with and without SmartDrive.

• - * Slider when pain/fatigue/independence is selected should state “Worst Pain Level Experienced” etc.
