[Feature Request] Ignore creative/spectator players in sleeping message total

The idea/problem for your feature request.

The sleeping message takes all players into account, even if they are in creative / spectator mode.
Example: In a server with 5 players (with me in creative), it still asks for 3 players to be asleep when only 2 are actually required.

Either a permission or gamemode check to ignore them from the percentage
