Do we want to consider inputting 11 point games?

The Elo ranking only considers wins/losses and not points. Having a radio button on the input score page could swap between 11 or 21 point games.

I think it might be nice if people want to play 11 point games. We would probably have to remove the average PPG stat as it would basically be useless.
