Dear author and community,
What are your thoughts on using just OpenGL Compute shaders?
We are running FDTD simulations and having tested JAX, raw cuda, cupy, numba... Compute Shaders seem the best option, even above my beloved OpenCL.
Advantages:
On the other hand, we lose the options to run in TPUs, CPUs and other OpenCL stuff but I think it is worthy.
