Adding point list loading to MonaiLabel Reviewer

I'm trying to modify my forked monailabel code such that I can load a point list in addition to segmented masks when running MONAILabel Reviewer. I'm hoping for a little guidance on where to start... I'm using slicer so have started tweaking some files in plugins/slicer/MonaiLabelReviewer/ but not sure where to start on the monailabel server end (I'm running a segmentation model in the radiology app).
