CODE CHANGE: Changing the position of chatbot button tooltip

Describe the code change

When hovered over the chatbot button in the main landing page, it shows a tooltip. But if you clearly see it cant be shown completely because of the button's fixed position. The position of the tooltip should be changed. It should be moved to the left side of the button.

Proposed solution

The position of the tooltip should be changed OR the buttons should be moved to a little left so that the tooltip is clearly seen.
