Of course, we do not (only) want to have ods/xlsx-like stuff anymore, when we can have cooler summaries.

Going beyond summaries as in our TIRA paper [1], we could think of real-time insights / stats / visualizations.

I saw your log incl. frontend drafts - which are cool. If you can push them further to more advanced stuff (service mesh visualization, data flow diagrams...), this will be a great result.
