Would it be possible to make this part a multi part piece? It is difficult enough to mount this part without the DIN rail inserted as it is but with the DIN rail inserted it is far more difficult than it needs to be.

I was thinking that maybe it might be better to have a part that mounts to the extrusion and another part that affixes the DIN rail into it.

Also maybe have a slight indent so the M3X6 can sit a bit into the part as due to variances in the screws there isn't always enough sticking out to grab the nut.

I spent well over 30 minutes trying to mount 2 of the mounts without a DIN rail inserted. It was really frustrating.

What were the areas of difficulty that you were encountering? I'd like to understand this more so that think about this a bit

I am so sorry. I don't know why I thought the bolts were supposed be M3x6 although I was using M3x8. Now that I zoomed in much more in the Manual I see that it's M3x10. The white text in the green background is so hard for me to read.

@ccfman2004 is it possible to use a PDF reader that can invert colours? E.g. https://superuser.com/questions/52133/how-to-change-the-background-color-in-sumatrapdf-reader
