Describe the bug
3DS Max is crashing when importing animations from a specific game (Alan Wakes American Nightmare). I researched it a bit and found out, that the file doesn't contain a root level container, which HavokMax imports at the start of the import.

File information
The file, I specifically tested is from the game Alan Wakes American Nightmare. All the other animations from this game seem to have the same issue.

3DS Max version
2021 on an x86

Plugin version
The Version is 1.13 and I already tested it some time ago with 1.12

I have forked HavokMax and fixed the issue for my purposes, you can find the code here. It worked for my purposes so far.
