3dsmax no respond when importing anim #14

Describe the bug
Importing skeleton seldom, importing anim always makes 3dsmax go no respond .

File information
nexus downloaded, skyrim LE skeleton. I tried basic skeleton (never no respond) and XMPSE (often no respond), and lots of anims from havok2010 to 2014 (always no respond) .

3DS Max version
2019 x64

Plugin version
x64 2019

was I not waiting long enough?

Tested Skyrim vanilla 2011, skeletons are loading fine, animations are not loading but not crashing.
Does the crash happens before UI dialog or after?
Loading itself takes few miliseconds.
Does 3ds max shows crash report window?

it doesn't crash, just no respond, I'll have to shut it down manually after waiting several minutes. So idk if there will be crash report.
If the progress is going well, max and plugin respond fast.
UI dialog of the plugin always show up, the "no respond" happens after I click confirm button.
I tried to load anim without skeleton, maxscript jumps out and tell me "couldn't find skeleton (skeleton_name)". For some anims, skeleton name was replaced with DLE. The "no respond" always happens after the maxscript report completes.

And what does it say? Missing bones?

yup. but i dont think that's critical
