Expected Behavior

A link to [some other entry](entry.md) should generate a link to the entry's permalink

Current Behavior

If the Markdown file hasn't yet been indexed (or perhaps in some other circumstance as yet undetermined), sometimes the raw .md file gets treated as an attachment, causing the raw file to be linked instead.

The issue actually appears to be another case of entry files sometimes being indexed with their full absolute path instead of their relative path, apparently due to something broken in the watchdog-based auto-indexer. Ugh.
