Potential improvements to search API #515

Some brainstorming of ways to improve the search API:

  • Roll the search functionality into view(), making it a restriction parameter instead of a separate API
  • add entry.related for the "related entries" functionality supported by whoosh

Might actually be better to switch to a new search provider entirely; whoosh is basically dead at this point.
