To reproduce, install ESPEI in development mode and run:

cd docs
make latexpdf

With this, I get an error:

! Unable to read an entire line---bufsize=200000.
Please increase buf_size in texmf.cnf.

This is also failing on ReadTheDocs with the same issue.

* Cleanup ESPEI development `|version|` information to remove the `.dirty` from the version since RTD dirties the version info
