[FEATURE] Allow the ability to upload a file to a virtual machine running either local or remotely

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We need a way to run a local script in a remote machine, before we can do this we will need to be able to upload a file from a host into a remote machine for either a temporary folder or to a destination that was given

Describe the solution you'd like

The ability to use a form-data endpoint to allow the file to be uploaded, this should return the path where the file has been saved and if there is any issues with it
