Bug: Jumbo cactpot reset time is delayed by one hour #42

Issue: Ingame cactpot drawing is done at every Saturday @ 9pm NZST, however the accountant plugin states the reset occurs at 10pm.

Local Timezone: NZST / UTC +12
Accountant Version v 1.3.0.1

I have the same issue in Queensland. We're on AEST, UTC+10; other states with AEST do daylight savings but not Queensland, maybe that's the cause.
