Minor Bug: Viewing the Jumbo Cactpot payout removes one of your Cactpot Numbers #30

Easy to replicate, to do so:

With 1 or more Jumbo Cactpot tickets, talk to the "Jumbo Cactpot Broker" in the Gold Saucer.
Select "View the payout.", Accountant will incorrectly remove a ticket number as if it had been turned in regardless of time.
