constant.php get deleted automatically after sometime, Please let me know if have any solution for the same

this is an unexpected issue, that the files get deleted automatically. Could you please provide some insights regarding this issue? if the file is deleted at idle time or while doing some activity etc. This helps us to find a solution to your problem.
