i.e.

@dataclass
class SkillSettings:
  blacklisted_skills = None
  blacklisted_intents = None


@dataclass
class UserLocale:
  stt: STTPreferences
  tts: TTSPreferences
  location: UserLocation

@dataclass
def STTPreferences:
  lang: str = "en-us"
  module: str = ""
