Certain repositories to be renamed (one-time standardization pass)

Some of our repositories will be moving to more accurately reflect what they are and the role they serve. For instance, our Common Play framework was cheekily named, "Better Common Play System" 😉 but has moved to:

A running list of moving repositories will be maintained in the body of this message. In addition to the above:
