On each chapter pages there is a small "admin" link at the bottom, which show how many workshops we have ran so far, based on meetup.com page.

The link should be hidden, so just organizer can see.

If we are willing to show to everybody our old meetups, we need to make it bigger, but I wouldn't do it since the information aren't precise at all (the count is based on the same title and most of the time we wrote different title on our event on meetup.com so it show we have done 3 ws when we have done plenty)

There is no way to have something just organizers can see.

I'd tentatively close this ticket — the better solution IMO is fixing the admin page to better reflect on workshops. Please note: back when I designed that page I went through years of Meetup history to dig out every possible title for workshops, so it should be fairly accurate (or should have been back when I wrote it, maybe we need to adjust the filters now.)

The problem isn't the plugin in it self, the problem is that link. Where is now doesn't make any sense.
Or we make visible or we take away. I personally think the meetup.com plugin isn't a bad idea but to make visible to everybody we should make it work properly. Right now for example in Berlin it say we had 0 javascript workshops when we had at least 4 of them. Some for others.
As i said, this is a fast-fix. We can then work better on it, fix the plugin e decided exatly where we want to show it.
Don't close the ticket

I agree with @gsambrotta, we should remove the 'admin' link.

It confuses me, why is it called 'admin'?

The dashboard is a nice feature but currently doesn't work. Let's not link to it until it does.

Okay, let me recap that: We are discussing a teenie-weenie button in some corner of a page, and the only reaction you have is "delete, delete." How about you try and fix it?

I have done what you should have done instead of beating this horse to death, and the dashboard works fine. I cannot find any workshop — and I'm sure you did read the big, bold “Workshops” heading on the dashboard page, didn't you? — in Berlin's recent history that qualifies as “Javascript for Absolute Beginners" workshop.

If you want more workshops reflected on the dashboard, feel free to improve it.
