As a new user who is trying to install the Operator for the first time, the install experience is a bit rough. If I were to do a google search the first result is the Open Liberty site. Which then has only this for installation: "The Open Liberty Operator documentation provides details about Operator capabilities, installation, Custom Resource Definition (CRD) parameters and basic or advanced configurations." This then takes us to here. And then we have to choose which version of the docs we want here. Then we have to read the install section and see the small link to releases and then scroll down to get to the latest version here to finally see the installation instructions.

Open Liberty site > OLO doc readme > v1 user guide > releases > release number > install via kustomize

To me this is far too many hops for what is usually a simple single command install. It would be nice if there were a "Quick Start" section that could get users up and running with the latest version on the main readme before the user guide.
