Case-Sensitivity Issue Affecting Measurement Source Concept ID in CPRD

The Read code is case-sensitive. It was identified that this was not taken into account when populating the measurement_source_concept_id field in CPRD.
Additionally, those test records are mapped to concept_id = 0 in Observation are also affected.
