measurement report does not show proper % with Values

% with Values appears with 'No data' string when the data itself has PERCENT_MISSING_VALUES populated.

This might actually be a bug in Achilles, the domain-summary-measurement.csv in our system are showing and empty string in the column where PERCENT_MISSING_VALUES is expected. This issue seems to have occurred in the last half of the year, perhaps with the export changes?

There seems to be no bug.

The thing is that if no analysisIds are provided to Achilles it will only run those analyses with is_default == 1 (reads from achilles_analysis_details.csv) which isn't the case with analysis 1833 that provides the PERCENT_MISSING_VALUES data.

The change from 1 to 0 was made on 14.12.2022
