I discovered that https://obofoundry.org/docs/ReviewCriteriaPolicies.html is curiously sparse. I think it should at least point to https://obofoundry.org/docs/OntologiesReviewWorkflow.html or possibly just be replaced by it.

https://obofoundry.org/docs/ReviewProcessGuidelines.html should also point to https://obofoundry.org/docs/OntologiesReviewWorkflow.html

(I thought there might already be a ticket about this, but I couldn't find one.)

Need to add the role "Ontology Reviewer" and it should probably point to OntologiesReviewWorkflow

Actually, https://obofoundry.org/docs/OntologiesReviewWorkflow.html seems to be out of date. I think there's a bunch of refactoring needed with all three of those pages.
