[Excel plugin] 'Network error' message when running forecasts

What happened + What you expected to happen

With the Excel plugin, after clicking 'Run prediction' it results in 'Network error'.

Reproducible example

In the Excel plug-in, I cleared Web Cache and then clicked Reload.

Then when doing forecasting with the electricity data, I get a 'Network error' after clicking 'Make Prediction'.

Issue Severity

High: It blocks me from completing my task.
