Description

There are many places where regions of interest (ROIs) need to be selected from a 2-D image or a series of 2-D images.

Functional Requirements

  • Select geometric shapes (circle, ellipse, square, rectangle) anywhere on the image
  • Select circular regions based on some calibrated center
  • Select 'cake' slices based on some calibrated center
  • Select circular bands based on some calibrated center
