Add Phone Extension to Operator Cards

We need to display the phone extension of operators alongside their name and avatar on the cards in the Operators section. Currently, the cards only show the name and avatar, but adding the extension would make it easier to identify and interact with operators quickly when they also use a physical phone.

Ensure the new layout scales well for a large number of operators, in all layouts and for all breakpoints.
The design should remain consistent with the rest of the platform.
