NethLink: UI and Focus Management Problems During Call Transfer

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open NethLink and initiate a call.

2. Attempt to transfer the call to another contact.

Issue 1: The label "Common.Search" is not translated into the selected language (e.g., Italian).

Issue 2: The graphical interface appears broken, with inconsistent fonts and misaligned elements (see attached screenshots).
Change the browser tab or page while NethLink is open.

Issue 3: NethLink loses focus and goes behind the browser tabs. To bring it back to the foreground, you must close or minimize other browser tabs.

Expected Behavior
All labels should be properly localized to match the user's language.
The graphical interface should remain consistent, with fonts and elements properly aligned.
NethLink should retain focus or provide an easier way to bring it back to the foreground.
