WebTest: Threshold for hiding methods in the left navigation panel

Provide a threshold for hiding test methods in the left panel. E.g. if the total number of test methods is more than > 50 and there is more than one test class then show only classes in the left panel, methods will still be available through test class details view. Decorate class name with pending/success/error/failure color and glyphicons when methods are not shown. Mouse-over test class shall display a list of test methods for the class.
