Unfortunately, \ce is not supported by now. I'm now focusing on migrating from 'plain old TeX' to 'Unicode-math'. I've seen the mhchem package specifications and found it is not too complicated, I'll make time to support it, but I'm not sure when. 😅
It seems that cLaTeXMath do not support chemical \ce macro.Will it be supported infuture?
such as : \ce{Hg^2+ ->[I-] HgI2 ->[I-] [Hg^{II}I4]^2-}
