As part of troubleshooting some HydroVIS performance issues, that can take in one or more HUCs or a list of HUCs and split them into the same output files but in HUC10's.

Note: We do not need to do this for all output files in a run, only ones that HydroVIS needs which is only for inundation:

I believe it is just

  • Hydrotable_{branchid}.csv
  • Rem_zeroed_masked_{branch}.tif
  • usgs_elev_table.csv (branch level)
  • gw_catchments_reaches_filtered_addedAttributes_{branch}.tif

(not bridge centroids or anything else from a branch output)

We do not need any unit (HUC8) level files.

Please organize it in a similar pattern as our current system

/{huc 10 id} - instead of the huc 8 id: ie 120401
. branches/
. same naming system for the branch folders.

We're backlogging this for now because HydroVIS has found a way to inundate Alaska more efficiently.
