Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The getter function for the fre make platform returns a gigantic, unmaintainable tuple.

Describe the solution you'd like
Get individual variables from the platform instead of using one big function.
https://github.com/NOAA-GFDL/fre-cli/blob/main/fre/make/runFremake.py#L74-77

Describe alternatives you've considered
If there are other suggestions, I am open.
