This PR relates to NASA-Openscapes/corn#16, which pins 4.9.3-development to the 2i2c Jupyterhub in the new "opendap" Python kernel. These commits add a couple of bullet points to the introduction markdown about how to switch to the new kernel, and also changes the resample code to use "ME" for suppressing a deprecation warning.

From Chris: Let's wait to merge this until @betolink merges the fixed image into the main image

Hi @battistowx , @alexishunzinger , Luis is planning to push some updates to the Hub this week, would after that be a good time to merge this?

It looks like the default image when launching still doesn't contain the OPeNDAP Python kernel, so this should be merged once that is done, if that's included in the recent updates. So far, the only way to see the OPeNDAP kernel is through the "Bring your own image" selection.
