Work around "SFC Domain decomposition has not converged" problem #148

If the decomposition doesn't hit the tolerance, we should just loosen the tolerance so that the calculation can continue.

I think that by increasing "closeEnough" in collectEvaluations() if the iterations get too large, this can be worked around.
