Add alternative output voltage ranges to Octo #77

Thanks so much for Octo - really enjoying it.

Is there any chance of adding alternate output ranges in the right click menu please? In particular 0/10V and -5/+5V would be really useful.

I'm afraid I'm a designer not a coder so I can't code the change myself and make a pull request.
