I've seen that in CommonMark.jl there's options for latex syntax highlighting in fenced code blocks. I don't see it documented anywhere how to get syntax highlighted code blocks.

Currently there's no option exposed, would probably just need some additions to https://github.com/MichaelHatherly/Publish.jl/blob/master/src/save.jl#L318-L362 to make it work I'd guess.
