Consider storing preparsed and reformatted json files instead of the txt #3

the txt files all have broken formats.
Might be better to use our own formats ?

that way we would have clean json files with a clear schema https://github.com/PrismarineJS/minecraft-data/tree/master/schemas

that is also very useful to display something like http://minecraft-data.prismarine.js.org/
