This is the continuation of #5837

The plan is to replace the formatting of display values in data grid by not using {0:*}, e.g. {0:dd.MM.yyyy}.

The result would be that users would define it as

  • DisplayFormat="C" for currencies
  • DisplayFormat="dd.MM.yyyy" for dates
  • etc.
