BUG: After turning off VPN the Internet doesn't work in Chrome-based browsers #1494

If I have the VPN running, and I turn it off:

  1. Turn off Tun Mode
  2. Turn off System Proxy
  3. Right click on the server and click Stop

At this point in Firefox the internet works and my IP is my normal IP address. However Chrome and Brave don't work - no Internet connection

The same behavior in chromium and firefox. ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED. Linux mint 22 and latest Nekoray
Helps to disable the proxy in the browser settings (firefox) or command line parameter --no-proxy-server (chromium)
