BUG: Failed to start profile, parent exited: exit status 0xc0000374

Describe the problem

Expected behavior: After clicking start on the VPN profile it should've connected without any issues.

Actual behavior: Upon clicking connect button after 10-15 seconds it says, "inbound/tun[tun-in]: open tun interface take too much time to finish!", after which the profile is being failed to start. Logs say:

How to reproduce

Have no clue on the reason of the error, most likely something wintun related, when i tried to uninstall it with pnputil it said, that the .inf file is already being used by some device.

I did nothing net / net adapter related in before of that error, so my net adapter isnt the issue, here is the screenshot of all my current adapters

System Proxy mode doesnt work just as well as the TUN mode.
