See video.

I found that docking with an advanced grabbing unit at the end of a robotic arm causes the joints of the arm to go wonky.

I got mixed results trying to reproduce this on the ground. I noticed it helps if the robotic parts are offset from their default positions.

KSP version 1.1.3.

The video was recorded in 2.0.2, but I confirmed that this bug persists in the latest version, 2.0.4 (here is a screenshot).

AGU is no different from basic docking port when it comes to ship parsing, so it is a known issue with no solution so far. There are some workarounds to make arms work (Magnet from KAS, special considerations when building the arm) - see the forum thread for suggestions.

Okay no worries. I didn't see another issue open regarding this.
