Does MOVER support time series? Can we add it if not?

Hi @ougx, we are making some underlying changes to Mover and also how we read and store the input. I think we can add time series support to Mover as part of this refactoring. There is also the remaining issue about problems with very large numbers of time series (#1338) that we plan to address.
