How to deal with the holes segmented from images

Hi there, great thanks for your work! It's very efficiency and high-quality!
I tried to use this model to segment my MRI images for skull stripping, but I found that there's some hole generated by model, which is not acceptable in clinical...

I am curious that if I run some pre-processing like remove the background noise, will the problem be solved, and make the segmentation better?
